These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the kessbet Platform, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all promotional or bonus-related activities. Any specific product rules (for example, tournament-specific betting rules or individual game rules as defined by the game provider) supplement but do not replace these Terms & Conditions. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the kessbet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account's existence:

- Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on kessbet. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, voiding a self-exclusion, or bypassing account limits — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily placed via kessbet or imposed externally. Attempting to register or access the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under guardianship, trusteeship, or any other form of legal incapacity, you are not eligible to use the kessbet Platform.
18+ Enforcement: kessbet takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the verified payment source. kessbet may refer such cases to relevant authorities where required. Account Registration & Verification
To access kessbet's full range of betting, casino, and gaming services, players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players throughout Bangladesh, including those located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (Bangladesh number), and a chosen username and password. All fields must be completed accurately. kessbet may also request additional information as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Identity Verification (KYC)
kessbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) — Bangladesh National ID card, both sides clearly legible.
- Passport — A valid Bangladesh passport showing the photo page and relevant personal data page.
- Birth Registration Certificate — Accepted as a supplementary document to confirm age where primary ID is unavailable.
- Proof of Payment Method — A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions on kessbet.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 calendar days from the date of request) may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or full account suspension at kessbet's discretion. kessbet will never use your documents for any purpose beyond identity and payment verification as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kessbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. kessbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify kessbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Any activity conducted through your account prior to kessbet being notified of a security breach shall be your sole responsibility.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the kessbet Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kessbet does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player balances. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
Deposits
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on kessbet is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP-tier specific limits may apply as defined in your VIP programme terms.
- Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and match the verified name on your kessbet account.
- Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your kessbet balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 60 minutes to reflect. kessbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that you own and that are free from any third-party claim. kessbet does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities taken for the explicit purpose of gambling, business accounts, or any account not registered in your personal name.
Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing Times: Standard account withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request submission. Gold VIP members receive same-day processing. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing, typically completed within a few hours. All withdrawal timings are subject to successful completion of any pending verification steps.
- Same Method Rule: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kessbet reserves the right to request verification that the withdrawal destination account is owned by the registered account holder before processing.
- Wagering Requirements: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Withdrawal of the original deposit amount is not affected by bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.
Transaction Security: All deposit and withdrawal transactions on kessbet are encrypted via SSL. kessbet will never ask you to share payment credentials via live chat, email, or any other channel. Bonus & Promotions Policy

- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time on their kessbet account. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in all but the first claimed bonus being forfeited without compensation.
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Any bonus balance remaining after the validity period expires will be removed from the account automatically.
- Eligible Games: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all casino games and sports markets on kessbet contribute toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages may vary by game type — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. - Maximum Bet During Wagering: While an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the maximum permitted bet per round or selection is ৳1,000 or the equivalent stake unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's terms. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the associated bonus forfeited at kessbet's discretion.
- Bonus Abuse: kessbet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, kessbet reserves the right to void bonus funds, void winnings derived from those funds, and suspend the account involved.
- VIP Programme: Participation in the kessbet five-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) is governed by the VIP Programme Terms, which are supplemental to these Terms & Conditions. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and personal account manager assignment are determined at kessbet's discretion and may be revised at any time.
- Promotional Calendar: kessbet may offer seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, and IPL. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the kessbet Platform, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, and crash games. These rules are supplemental to any game-specific rules published by individual game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by kessbet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake amount has been deducted from your account balance. kessbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
- Odds & Prices: Odds displayed on the kessbet Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at which your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are offered subject to availability and event status. kessbet may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
- Voided Bets: kessbet reserves the right to void bets where: an obvious pricing error occurred; the event was abandoned or did not take place; the result was the subject of match-fixing or corruption; or incorrect event information was published on the Platform. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as the original stake amount.
- Casino Game Results: All casino game outcomes on kessbet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by the respective game provider. kessbet does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Disputes regarding casino game results must be raised with kessbet support within 72 hours of the session in question.
- Technical Failures: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server errors, or Platform outages — kessbet will endeavour to reconstruct the session state from server logs and resolve the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to your balance. kessbet is not liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from technical failures.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kessbet Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; submission of false identity documents; or any other form of financial fraud directed at kessbet or other players on the Platform.
- Money Laundering: Use of the kessbet Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. kessbet complies with applicable anti-money-laundering best practices and will report suspected instances to appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Any form of coordination, agreement, or communication between two or more players designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on kessbet.
- Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play casino games without direct human input in real time.
- Exploit or Hack: Any attempt to identify, exploit, or benefit from a software bug, Platform vulnerability, or pricing error. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to kessbet support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
- Multiple Account Creation: Registering more than one account on kessbet for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion orders, claiming the same bonus multiple times, or bypassing any account restriction imposed by kessbet.
- Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Any threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at kessbet staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
Zero Tolerance Policy: kessbet maintains a zero-tolerance stance on all forms of fraud, collusion, and system abuse. Accounts found to be in violation of these prohibited conduct rules will be suspended without prior notice, account balances will be reviewed and may be forfeited, and all relevant information will be retained for the purpose of any investigation or legal proceeding.
Account Suspension & Closure
kessbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documents.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
- Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method.
- Request by the player to self-exclude, or activation of a self-exclusion via kessbet support.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero account balance. Accounts with a positive BDT balance will not be closed for inactivity without prior notification.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on record, subject to completion of all applicable identity and payment verification requirements. kessbet will process such refunds within 14 business days of closure confirmation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their kessbet account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. kessbet will process voluntary closure requests within 3 business days. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we strongly encourage you to activate a self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools rather than simply closing your account, as self-exclusion provides a stronger level of protection.
Limitation of Liability
The kessbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kessbet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is accessible, accurate, and free from errors, kessbet does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- The information displayed on the Platform — including odds, scores, statistics, and game results — is at all times accurate, complete, and up to date.
- The Platform will be accessible from all devices, browsers, or network connections used by players across Bangladesh.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, kessbet, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kessbet Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processor failures.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the kessbet Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit. kessbet strongly advises all players to gamble only with funds they can comfortably afford to lose. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit kessbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, kessbet's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kessbet account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments & Governing Law
kessbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — kessbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or administrative amendments, the updated Terms & Conditions will be published at /terms-conditions and will take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the kessbet Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
Severability
